We made a reservation for dinner. What a terrible idea. Arrived 10 mins before our booking to find the place queued out the door to the entrance of Frankie and Benny's. Almost everyone in the queue had a booking but were still waiting 45 mins in the freezing cold to be seated. At this point all other restaurants in Victoria Square were booked out so we decided to wait. Finally got seated 50 mins after our booking was made for. But the staff were bringing in walk ins even though the booked tables hadnt been seated. Didn't make any sense.Wish I had just left. The food was bad quality. The only section that was ok was the Chinese food. The pizza, sushi, Indian etc were all horrific. The place was so busy you could barely move and we had to take our own plates to a big caddy to be taken to the kitchen as staff were so overwhelmed they didn't have time to. No knives or forks on the tables either and when we asked for then we were told to grab them ourselves. Will not be back

Chaotic. Food was amazing but the place was just way too packed, trying to squeeze far too many people in at once, for people to eat comfortably they would need to spread the tables out more so you aren't shoulder to shoulder with strangers. Turn people away if you have to, would make for a much better experience.Guy with the English accent behind the bar had a wee attitude on him. The rest of the staff seemed pleasent and friendly.

Wide selection of dishes. But everything is fried. Breaded shrimp fried with shrimp shell. When you remove it, the taste goes to hell. The cooked shrimp were extremely tasteless. Beef and lamb - very tough. I liked the chicken wings and desserts. Fruits - tasteless and like a plastic...The staff was not the kindest. Very nervous and angry....

Been twice in past week and honestly the food was average at best. You are paying for the variety more than quality of food. £17.50 for just your food and then drinks on top... you are talking £21 per person. If you aren't a big eater or adventurous I wouldn't bother. Even if you are adventurous since the quality ain't great you won't get a proper idea of what the food can actually taste like when made well. Floor is slippy and sticky in places which is just not enjoyable! Wouldnt be rushing back again

Has really degraded the food taste, I visited cosmo a few years ago and it was really great. The taste of good wasn't like before, seating seemed cramped. Not worth the price.

The food was amazing! The service was so great and all the staff were so happy and helpful, the sushi was definitely my favourite but that’s subjective from person to person.Everything was super well presented, I don’t have any photos of the food, but I’ve attached 2 photos of my boyfriend and I having a good time! Also: the cocktails were so goodI would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to go for food with a good atmosphere and can’t decide what they want to eat!!!!!5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worst food , I have ever eatenTheir Indian section is like garbage , same watery gravy for all the curry’s : Cheap quality meat boiled in large quantities and put in watery gravy: if you eat their curry you will feel like vomiting 🤮Never ever try this restaurant,!’waste of money , I spoke to the staff about the bad food he said he will inform the chef ;; no one cares. it’s a cattle shed :The best one is Hot Flame in Scotland 🏴: such a nice world Buffet,

A great place to enjoy world cuisine in a pocket friendly way.Selection of Chinese,Indian, Italian & European dishes.Adapted Covid protocols well. The guy at the entrance and girl at the stairs are making sure place is not overcrowded and constantly keeping an eye number of guests. With Covid protocols your time is limited to 1.5 hours. This time food tasted was not upto my expectations, certainly need improvement there.I have had better Cosmo experiences from Dublin and other parts of UK.Certainly they make money from selling alcohol and soft drinks compare to food.
