Costa Coffee - Kennedy Centre in Belfast

Nice and spacious. It was quiet at the time I was there.

I wanted to give a special mention to this particular Costa. I frequently call in after shopping in Sainsbury's. Today they were just about to close, but kindly accommodated me as I felt very much in need of a coffee!I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I'm very much looking forward to being able to 'sit in' when restrictions are lifted.To the staff: please know that your kindness makes a difference. I love Costa coffee and this is my local so to speak. It can be quite busy during peak times of the day but that adds to a good atmosphere. I'm giving it three stars because I feel that some of the staff can have a bit of an attitude sometimes but not always. If I've ever had an issue with my purchase it's very rarely met with happy understanding faces and more of 'are you serious stares'. This could be down to the fact that it gets quite busy at times but for me it takes away from the pleasant easy experience I am used to at Costa.

Costa is ok. If you like a weaker coffee. They do nice creamy coffee but it dilutes the coffee taste

Very nice Costa coffee, very cozy, amazing flat white, best cinamon roll! Too nice for the dodgy Kennedy centre

nice coffee and does milshakes that the kids love. also does a wee babychino thats a little mini hot chocolate thats suitable for a young child in a mini take away cup, its really cute. dont really rate the buns or cake as they never seem fresh, but coffee top notch.

its a lovely place to visit around 10 am when its quiet

Noisy and tables dirty( and the one I sat at was so rickety I had to jam it against the wall to save my drink from spilling) used my one napkin handed to me on request to clean table(sign says to reduce waste all napkins at check out only)Staff working hard and pleasant enough but the stupid 90s dance music in the background did not make for a relaxing atmosphere... not somewhere to go to feel welcome.
