Domino's Pizza in Belfast

Wont linger in the memory walked in only person there , no one approaced me for nearly 5 mins was told 10 mins for 7 gougons ok, doubt i,ll be back 👎

Waited over 30 minutes on a small personalised pizza more worried about getting the just eat delivery drivers sorted I was the only one in the shop BTW the whole time

a large order was placed for a work event and a pizza did end up being forgotten but we were well compensated immediately and pizza was great

Ordered a £20 meal meant to come with three drinks. Food arrives and no drinks in hand I tell the driver this and he says no worries he’ll be back in 5-10 minutes. I wait half an hour need to call them in which they say they’ll send a driver. Only because I know someone there my roommate gets a text saying that they’d called the driver and he had lied saying he gave me the drinks. There were no drinks and I was being accused of lying for something I had purchased. After calling again then and finally then they arrived however by then the food was cold wasn’t the same with a refreshing drink. Having dozens upon dozens of orders with this branch before I will never order from them again. Treat them right for accusing me of lying without any fact checking. Look at how much I’ve spent previously and it would be stupidly obvious. Deleted the dominos app in frustration too.

Absolutely horrible staff go deal with. The all said my food was delivered so I called them and they didn't even know who I was or what my order was. Eventually they brought me my food but I had to argue with some eejit on the phone to get it.The pizza was horrible too. Thank god for a gigantic tub of garlic sauce to give the food some taste.

Wouldn’t feed this Texas BBQ to a starving dog on the road.. very disappointed

Failed to give me large bbq dip which I was charged for. When trying to ring to correct this/get it refunded they purposely repeatedly hung up the phone on me. Not good customer service at all and everything is overpriced for what it is also.

20 minutes to answer the phone to be told they couldn't deliver two miles up the road because they only had 5 drivers. This was on a Saturday night, maybe the management need to look at why that is. There are no shortage of drivers other branches and plenty of Just Eat and Deliveroo drivers so maybe if they upped their game they might get drivers. You lost a £100 order on Saturday night because of this.

Absolutely shocking service, ordered two medium pizzas and after an hour I was told its on the way yet it wasn't, had to ring two more times to finally get it. Had to wait cause at this time of the evening it was too much hassle to look for something else. I will never order from them and I'm advising to choose any other option, including walking on your feet to get it from any other place, just to avoid them!!!!!!

Quality control has taken a nose dive over the last few months, How any pizza place thinks putting out a mess like this is acceptable.
