Kfc in Belfast

I didnt have a great experience tonight!!! Sat in drive thru to get order taken and told to go wait in a bay with no explanation. Waited 15mins then went inside and asked why I had to wait so long. Was told they were waiting on fresh chicken being cooked. I waited a further 5mins for the food and then it arrived. Not only were the chips Stone cold but it definately was NOT fresh chicken! The chicken was well done and wasn't even the warmest. I should have went back in and gave it all back but the snow was falling heavily and I'd waited long enough. Gutted but this isn't the first time my order has had stuff missing before and the chips are always freezing which isn't really good enough for a chain like this. Can I also add that while I waited 5 cars behind me got their orders quickly and about 4 just eat delivery drivers got their order!

If I could I would give 0 went in and give my order 30 minutes later gets the order only to see that half the order was missing and told them I will not be back. The girl argued that all was in the bag.... plus the people didn't understand a word that I was saying...

Sorry I like a kfc and don't like to leave a bad review but why advertise an offer on TV when you don't get the stock or staff to cope with it? This is the second week in a row I've travelled here to try the double gravy bucket after last week I gave up when they were lined out on to the street and the finaghy store said they had no chicken. This week after trying to order online unsuccessfully we sat in the drive thru for a good 30 mins to be met with a wee sign that said not available like they could of had that out on the street! Not impressed needless to say it was strait over the kerb and off to chicken lick'en! Not gettin my money after that and won't be back in a hurry!!!

Will never be back here. Where do I start. Probably with the half hour waiting time and only 2 in front of me. The food quality was so bad it went in the dogs. The service was short of pathetic and not acknowledged or thanked for my. order. The guy didn’t lift his head from the till. The way my food was packed the large tubs of gravy were THREW IN THE BAG and spilled all over my order my coat and car. Where did the original staff go. There were 2 chips short. And the chicken box didn’t have 12 mini fillets. The chicken was so poor quality not what KFC offer. The guy couldn’t understand English and spoke in his own native language then corrected himself. So dissatisfied with the whole experience. I was a regular visitor. Not any more. Oops and sorry one star is too much.

I needed snacks to keep me from going hungry waiting in the drive through. Staff just did not care, when we finally got to the window to collect our stuff my card nearly dropped on the floor as the man wasn’t even looking at what he was doing asking for my money and didn’t even make eye contact once. I also noticed an abundance of people being turned away from the sit in at 5.30pm on a Saturday night. They either have to update their website times or expect unhappy customers constantly. This was not the first time either.

Up until very recently this was hands down the best KFC you'd get in Belfast. Over the last few months there's been a significant decline in quality.The food isn't fresh. Often the chicken tastes as if it is dry and tough, as if it has been sitting for a while. Very stingy with portions as well I feel.The drive through waiting times are atrocious. 3 or 4 cars ahead of you and you'll be waiting 40 minutes. Sometimes the queue stretches out until the road and you'll be waiting hours with no way to leave.Not sure what's happened to the KFC. Used to come here once or twice a week, but problems too clear to ignore. Workers seem very disorganised and untrained.

I would give zero stars if I could, it’s always hot and miss today for about the third time they got my order wrong only for me to realise when I had got back to the house. There was also no straws, the drive in que wasn’t to bad for a change there has been times I’ve been sitting in it for half an hour. I think poor management and training are to blame, not the workers themselves

Place is absolutely stinking there is no one cleaning or clearing tables this is a joke with the time we are in, if its like this in canteen wants it like out back jesus, won't be back this is discusting. No one sitting in can get a seat due to the filth and yo add no sanitiser..

Chicken delicious.Didn't give the child his pineapple or sundae. Gave him extra chips and didn't say. Realised when we got home.Original twister isn't original. It's got purple slaw in itChicken and chips were delicious

Waited in the drive through for about 45 minutes. Was stuck in the drive through so had to go to the other end and order. Ordered three meals and for them to forget the main components of one of the meals which was a popcorn chicken bucket. Only realised this when I got home. Thought it would be in the bag because it was on my receipt so they did think enough to charge me for this but didn’t provide it in the bag again. Will not be back and I would like my money back for my order. I can provide my receipt and order number. Thanks.Kind regardsDuncan
