Lotus Blossom in Belfast

Pretended to deliver my food. Called them up. They said they'd deliver it again. No sign of the driver. Called them again, they argued with me repeatedly, confirming EXACTLY where I lived and said it had been "100%" definitely delivered and that the order had been taken in "by a tall guy". I had been stood outside for half an hour waiting for any sign of anyone. Said they'd send the driver out again straight away. Half an hour later the driver still has not showed up. I live very very close to the restaurant. This whole fiasco took three and a half hours and cost £22 of which they refused to give me a refund for.

pricey but not quality and miserable portions

Ordered via Just Eat, was waiting ages for my food to be delivered, called the restaurant to enquire about my food only to be told it was delivered. Delivery driver left it outside the front door without even checking the customer received the food. Ridiculous service, won't be ordering from here again.

Great Chinese. Delicious food.One small thing: the prices in store compared to on app could do with being standardised maybe as small price differences can make a huge overall difference. I mean why are chicken balls 50p more just because I ordered in store rather than on app?The app doesn't let you pick a non curry sauce in many places it should so going in is easier especially when collecting anyways.Still great food though and brilliant customer service.

Hi just to let you know our meal was really fresh and tasty, if not ver dry, as someone packed the bag terribly wrong.The portion of gravy for pork fillet and cuurry sauce had exploded all over the bag.This was very disappointing as we had to scrap a table spoon full of gravy to wet the pork fillet.The curry was soaked into the paper and could not be rescued.On a plus, chips were lovely, as was everything else.Spoilt it slightly as no sauce but I ate it anyway as was very hungry.

Previous food from here was top notch. Maybe a bad day for the chef. Noodles were a bit mushy meat was a bit chewy. However best chips from any Chinese restaurant anywhere.

AVOID. Do not give this company your money. Spent over £20 for food with this company waited 3 hours on food that was NEVER delivered yet company continue to lie and say it was with no refund or aploogy. Don't waste your money in these hard times giving to this type of franchise. Save your money for a company with a little more morals.

Beautiful food and salted chilli chips worth a go

Really like the food in here. Not a big Chinese fan, but lotus always seem really good.
