A Cup Above, Montrose, Scotland in Angus

I first tried this cafe last year as I was new to the area I had no idea which was the best place for something to eat. Young girl was sweet and lovely and I thought the food was average and a wee bit pricey for cakes and scones. I have been 3 times since then and found the woman extremely rude, abrupt and unpleasant. Today was definitely the last time I will enter this place, absolutely disgusting attitude from the woman again, she should not be working with the public.

Beautiful place for a catch cuppa with amazing food nd delicious cakes. The soup was amazing and the staff were just fabulous and helped in anyway they could xx

Lovely place to have a coffee and gluten free cakes average I don,t like chocolate Oreos but coffee was alright .

This coffee shop has fantastic covid precautions in place . Wonderful helpful , cheery staff , food is fabulous and very efficient service , my husband and I feel very safe when we are in here . Keep up the good work ladies .

Pleasant and clean cafe, conveniently placed close by to parking, with attentive and competent staff, who served lovely food. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Delicious food and coffee prepared and served by very pleasant staff. Always made very welcome. Big plus for welcoming dogs inside while so many premises expect you to sit outside. Will miss our visits when we go back home, but hopefully will be back again.Elaine & John, Frisa & Sam.
