Bonnybreich Coffee Bothy in Angus

A great change from the usual roadside food stops with a modern feel. Menu looks good, my meal was tasty. I'll be back.If you're planning to go there be aware that signage isn't great and it could be easy to miss the turning, especially if you're in the outer lane going south.

Coffee, cake and a bowl of water for my dog. All 1st class along with the service. I'll definitely be stopping again.What a face-lift this establishment has had since I last visited, much needed on this stretch of road.

It's a must to grab a bite to eat from here. Wow its fantastic and local food and drinks. Staff are really pleased and very helpful. Thanks all.

Great service, very clean and amazing food. Service was wonderful. Had the muckle grill breakfast and the vegan breakfast.

First visit to Angus Grill + Larder and all I can say is wow. Staff were very pleasant & attentive, without being intrusive. The food was absolutely amazing. The steak burger that I had was the best burger that I have ever had, it was juicy and full of flavour. My wife had the pork & apple burger and she said that it was delicious. Was well worth the money and we will definitely visit again.

By far the best burger I've eaten. Juicy, perfectly cooked, beautiful crispy bacon, lots of cheese and fried onions. Even the bun was excellent. Really good coffee in'all!All of the staff were super lovely. I can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu. Brilliant job folks. 👏

Lucky find. We were looking for a breakfast stop and happened to spot the Angus Grill and Larder. Such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.Great little kids area which kept our daughter quiet, a cute larder that sells the unbelievable fudge that comes with your coffee and sweet little outdoor area with fitepit.Food was lovely; local quality ingredients. Restaurant was comfortable and clean. Service was 5* - clearly a great team!It's great to see somewhere getting it so right.

First visit today for breakfast. It was lovely!! Good quality food which was freshly cooked to a high standard. Definitely won't be our last visit. Note for Vegans - a good selection of Vegan meals is available. Note for dog owners - there is a fully fenced doggy play area too!! Just perfect.

First visit this afternoon & won’t be our last. As local residents we wanted to help support a new business. Amazing burger. Can tell it’s quality produce that’s used to make the food. Had a little look around. On lovely days a huge fire it to sit round and was surprised to see they have even incorporated a secure dog exercise area for those visiting with furry family, Inside there is a small play area for non furry family:) will definitely re visit. All the best in your new venture.

Been here twice in the last week, fantastic coffee and food. Definitely recommend if your on the road to or from Aberdeen. Just wish it was closer to where I live as I would be visiting regularly...
