Cashleys Restaurant in Angus

Great service and wonderful coffee and cake unfortunately didn't have time for lunch but the food being served looked really delicious. Next time I'm in Forfar will have lunch there. Want to go some place for lunch / dinner go to Cashleys 5 star.

The waiting staff were lovely and hardworking.The food was nice but unfortunately didn't match up with their online menus which was disappointing. Can they be updated more regularly?My complaint was the freezing temperature in the restaurant. It totally spoiled my dining experience. I noticed several other diners with jackets on, zipped up!I would only return to Cashleys in mid summer!

We had a very lovely lunch here. The food was different from the usual fare which made it more enjoyable.

Awesome fusion style food. Had king chicken and we had ramen ( with a Scottish twist) also.

Lovely food, had squid starter and was cooked perfectly which is always a good sign. Mains were fabulous, waiter was entertaining and attentive, can't fault it.

On website the lunch menu looked lovely. When arrived given a brunch menu this was 12.40pm. Asked about the lunch menu to be told it had been discontinued two weeks ago.Very disappointing afraid wouldn't return.

Coffee was just ok definitely not a strong flat white.Hot chocolate was very sweet.Place looked clean but slow to get seated.Track and trace was done by writing down your details on a piece of paper. No scanning of QR code and no way to check out when leaving.Food was ok as had a breakfast wrap.Daughter had pastry and it was ok.Would I go again.... Not for coffee but might for food.

Lovely open and comfortable seating area with plenty space.Friendly and welcoming staff who are both attentive and polite.Food was amazing, we had the cheese and bacon toasted sandwiches. Literally the best toastie I've ever had.Will definately be back, thank you.

Treated Dad to a Birthday High Tea at Cashleys.The High Tea was amazing all 4 of us walked out full with our boxes with cakes.We all had something different.We all enjoyed out meal.Sunday Beef Roast.Steak PieFish and ChipsMac Cheese with BaconMe and my sister were there a few weeks back also. Out walking and went in at 7.30 for something to eat could not be more helpful and welcome.Sister had a starter amazing and we both had Burger and I had a sweet.Would highly recommend Cashleys

Awesome food. This team put out incredible meals. All in a very small intimate kitchen that is open and on full display. Keeping the level of proficiency and professionalism while serving a full restaurant is an achievement any team should be proud of.Cant reccomend this place enough.
