Enjoyed the quietness of the place and the atmosphere. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the place is always clean and welcoming

Pleasant space. I appreciated being able to sit and use my laptop for a couple of hours. However, couldn't get internet access with the free wifi. Most heinous was ordering a latte and getting a cappuccino. That's super disappointing.

Great atmosphere and space at this Costa. Almost TARDIS like when you venture through to the rear seating area. All the usual fare.

Nice staff, only gripe, no coconut milk which I know is a Costa problem at the moment so semi skimmed it is until further notice.

First time I have been in here, in fact it's the first time I have been into a Costa for over 2 years since I moved up here. Always get a great hot chocolate. This one was the after eight mint flavour, it is very tasty. The cafe was clean, warm and inviting, and very quiet. The usual test and trace was in place. Well worth a visit.

Chilled in here for an hour or so whilst I waited on the van getting tested at the garage. It was a fine place to kill some time and enjoy a coffee and cake.

Was in today to catch up with a friend,Never felt so uncomfortable in a place and I was paying to be there..😡The girl who served me needs to be taught some manners and customer service skills. Her manner was awful, I know we are dealing with covid at the minute, but there is a nice way to ask for details and I don't think I need to give a reason why I'm meeting someone. When maken our coffes she gave up and told the other girl to do it while rolling her eyes. Not the reaction you expect from someone serving you.Coffee wasn't the warmest, certainly won't be rushing back or recommending this Costa.Think some training in basic manners is need Costa for your staff.

Come here every week, staff often overworked and shows as all spare tables are often not cleared. One Barista coffee machine not enough for this busy Costa. Staff polite but if not harassed would be friendlier.
