Easter Peel Farm Coffee & Crafts in Angus

Very busy on a nice sunny Sunday but we were promised a table and someone came to retrieve us from the shop when it was ready. The service was good, the drinks were as expected but my scone didn't arrive, although I didn't really need it so no harm done.

Cracking cafe serving great coffee and cakes. Shop also worth a visit . Only downside to a lovely meal was inclusion of extra items on burger menu which I felt should have been optional items such as coleslaw and olives. Good pit stop after visiting Glens and Reekie Linn.

Farm shop wasn't that farmy, it's more of a jumble gift shop of local craft folk. Cafe doesn't accept dogs unless sat in the sheds outside. Bought some beers which were nice though...

Had the most amazing stay at the premium glamping pods. Beautifully decorated with the most modern features. Stunning and relaxing hot tub area perfect for 2 to look under the stars with a drink in hand. Mood lights and underfloor heating added to the already great experience. Super private spaces with a comfortable bed and fancy hand free electric phone chargers. Overall, the stay could not have been faulted and it is obvious that the owners take pride in their pods as they keep them to the highest of standards. Small note: we got lost trying to find the glamping pods at first, so maybe a larger sign would make it easier to find. Peel farm we will be back!

Such a lovely grotto experience today - lovely decorated setting and a great Santa! He really made lots of effort to try get my very shy boy to chat with him! We then went over to cafe for a very tasty lunch. Thank you Peel farm!

I've had a few afternoon teas, but this was THE best I have had. There was so much food, we ended up having to take the cakes away. We will definitely be going back. So we can walk round and see the animals. Staff were lovely and I look forward to our return visit

Great location. Plenty on offer. Lovely shop and tray bakes. Stroll to the Deer Park provided fantastic views

Went for afternoon tea for my husbands birthday. Beautiful food and very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We'll definitely be going again. Can't recommend this place enough.

Really nice place to visit. It has changed a lot since I was last there, over 20 years ago. The shop now called 'The Courtyard' has some very nice gifts to purchase ranging from local produce to traditional Scottish items. Prices are quite reasonable but some are more expensive than you can get elsewhere.
