Kfc forfar in Angus

Good food, service is terrible. The teenagers who appear to run the place are nice enough but no experience or skills although they are trying so not a direct complaint about them. Tables sit dirty for ages, never given napkins, salt/straws etc despite asking. I'm here often and always the same.Asked to review this again. Same experience although today I think I got my backdated sauces and napkin/salt packets. Apologetic and polite staff for delay but food was good.

Great drive through and dine in experience. People make a place and the staff here are always welcoming. Convenient, courteous and crispy!

Restaurant was quiet tonugbt. They ran out of chicken pieces but was offered a cookie and drink if I waited for 20 minutes or substitute for strips or wings. Food was cooked to perfection and staff friendly.

Had to wait 'ten minutes' for on the bone chicken, no hot drinks. Only opened one window on drive through causing confusion. At least the chicken tasted ok when i got it 15 minutes later.

Quick stop on route to Lockerbie from Aberdeen. Staff polite and very young! Cleaning should be followed more stringently. Busy with drive thru more so than sit in dining.

You cannot even spell Angus!This establishment is diabolical to say the least. Such a shame as KFC food is good. Staff are untrained & generally rude. No cleaning standards at all. Every time we go in there is always something they have ran out of or they get the order wrong. Really low standards compared with the high standards across the road at McDonald's. No excuse for this at all. We have a 6 year old grandson which is why we occasionally go but we are very reluctant to return.

I have used KFC all over the UK and love it. My Visit to this place has left me in doubt if I should ever visit another. Almost a 15 minute wait for food (sitting in). Fries were just about warm at best. In that time, two empty tables opposite me were heaped with leftover food, boxes cups etc and not cleared in that time. Eventually, the slowest and most unkempt member of staff comes out, clears the tables, drops used napkins on the floor and seat which he leaves and does NOT wipe the used tables but goes back to the till to serve without cleaning his hands! Last but not least, the toilets were a health hazard. Water, urine and tissue all over the floor and my wife tells me the female toilets were no better. Awful.

Food was disappointing, had to ask for everything rather than the staff asking you if you needed anything such as sauces, napkins, even getting a tray to take the food to the table would have been nice

On entry, the hand sanitizer by the door was empty. There was no Pepsi Max and I ordered (and paid for) a Tower box meal, but when it arrived it was a zinger and not plain as I had asked for. The portion of chips within the box meal was very small too. Lastly, there was no soap in the Gents or disabled toilets.The food however was actually good, even though they got the order wrong, so we would probably give it another try in the future.Staff were friendly enough but need to up their game regarding the sanitizer and soap situation.

Well just wondering where is other half from my daughter's chicken popcorn today 🙄🤔... not very happy to pay £5,89 for large meal and receiving half full box.Drive thru wasn't busy at all when i was there, really can't understand why they didn't made my order correctly?
