Hello. :-) i like to come here for lunch. The soups are very nice. The butter and bread is very good. I like that they have gluten free bread. Delightful workers. Sometimes don't get the order right. But the food is lovely. Nice people here to chat too. Good place to have a pot of tea. :-D

Fantastic place to meet family and friends for a cuppy n cake..breakfast rolls are delicious good local quality meat. Soups are always tasty.

Fine service with a smile, reasonable coffee, good breakfast menu but no WiFi.

Nice food, nice friendly staff. outside seating area is barried off so people aren't getting in your way whilst eating.Inside is very pleasant and provides a nice relaxing atmosphere.First time round I had the soup of the day and tuna wrap, both very tasty and we'll presented.Second visit was for breakfast, pancakes were really nice, very tasty maple syrup and bacon sadly though the scrambled eggs let them down, very water and lacked any seasoning.

Food is homely, the breakfast is well worth the 20 minute wait. The only criticism I would have is that the hot drinks come very quickly after ordering, so you are left with a dilemma, let it go cold or spend more and get fresh, hot coffee when you get your food.Worth a visit.

Never got to eat any thing waited for 15 minutes for someone to take order still waiting. Afraid the staff were all young kids with our anyone to organise them, more interested in talking to there friends, they did not even look up as we left.We went along the street to Greggs where the staff were superb and the menu was a third of the over inflated prices in Madison's and tasty as well.

It was Xmas eve, so I understand they were busy, but ..... it was a first visit for me, perhaps a bad day to be a first but the service was shocking, with all meals coming at different times (almost 10 mins between first and last), a drink was forgotten, 3 mistakes made in the order and the food ... well it was passable at best. My family had been before and I believe ordinarily both food and service is to a higher standard, but they were shocked and equally unimpressed with this visit. The cherry on the cake for me, a young waitress coming across with a plate of something and uttering "did 'yous' order this?" 😂😂😂

It's a great cafe in a lovely little Angus town. I've been a few times over the years and the place is always very clean inside and the staff are great. Lovely iced ginger too.

Great cafe with wide choice of teas and coffees and food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well worth a visit. Just a pity about the local parking restrictions.
