Your standard McDonald's near Forfar. Good egg muffin and hashbrown breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. I'd recommend this place. They also have a drive through.

Sick of getting home to find my order is wrong, yet again. Package says what I requested, but I’ve been given only tomato sauce. I can’t eat it. I called to complain and was told complaint has been logged in the book, so next time I’m there I’ll get a replacement. I always check our orders before driving home, but I didn’t think I’d have to start pulling food apart to check the filling was right.

Needed a latte refill... and a delish apple pie (why not). Drive thru was busy but quick. Staff were friendly

Firstly, I can honestly say well done to the Forfar Restaurant 👏. I don’t eat in McDonald’s that often because I never feel the burgers are actually hot enough, only warm. This particular time though my burger and fries were hot. Maybe this will encourage me to visit this restaurant again…Now secondly, I’d like to review the new Chicken Big Mac, and I can do it in one word - disappointing 😞When I heard they were doing a chicken version of the famous Big Mac I was quite excited to try it but for me it doesn’t work.I do however have a suggestion to fix it… allow the Big Mac sauce to be substituted for McChicken Sandwich Mayonnaise and I reckon they would be onto a winner. I checked the app but sadly, it is not possible to replace the Big Mac sauce with mayonnaise.Contacting McDonald’s customer service is not easy either or I would have done this to make my suggestion already. Let’s just hope they read these reviews…

Theyre ability to get an order wrong is incredible. Last week I ordered off ubereats and the left a big mac and fries out the order and managed to send the wrong milkshake, got a £1.19 refund from ubereats for that. Today at the drive through was told the double big macs are off the menu but the regulars are still on????? No chicken big macs either. So ordered what I could, got told to wait and my order would be brought out to me. A girl showed up and was asked to wait till I checked my order, she left before it was checked. Low and behold there's a cheeseburger missing. 20 minutes I waited for someone that wasn't completely useless (still a bit useless) to bring a cheese burger out to me. By that point the rest ofbthebfood was cold.This place is the epitome of incompetent staff.

Normally I’d give 5 stars but today’s experience wasn’t great. The festive stack, burgers were very dry, there was no cheese sauce and the onion relish was lacking. The Big Mac was missing the top. Not a great ad for the Forfar branch I’m afraid.

We arrived about 11.30 on a Saturday morning and it was soo busy at the drive thru, pre-booked areas and inside. Lots of people waiting on their orders, lots of drinks piling up as the food was slower. Staff standing about waiting on food being cooked. Took about 15 mins but food was hot.

Pretty standard McDonalds experience. It was busy and for some reason the orders were taking 15-20 mins or more. Maybe an issue in the kitchen but there were a lot of unhappy customers.When we eventually got our order everything was ok.

Was at the drive through today the boy was speaking way to fast. I wasn't finished ordering and I was told see you at the next window and my order was wrong. I eventually got my meal and I was given a dry roll with 4 burgers no cheese so my partner went and returned it they gave me the same thing back with one slice of cheese not good enough and very poor service I dont think I'll be back.

It's on the side of the road. I got here at 8:00 p.m. There are so many people and cars here. I can see it's very popular. Parking is easy and everyone is in good order. It takes about 10 minutes when there are a lot of people. The dining room has a toilet for in-person eating.
