Millfield Kitchen in Angus

Delivery driver came to door with my order and unfortunately I couldn't find my purse (left at work) I phoned the shop and asked if it would be OK if I came into shop tomoro and pay.. They said no and took my small order away to be binned! Absolute horrendous customer service. Will never use again.

Whilst staying on the outskirts of Arbroath for a week on holiday we used Millfield Kitchen for a takeaway one evening. We ordered by phone and collected the meal within 10 mins of the order being placed. The service was excellent, no mistakes and quick. It was a large order for 6 people and everything was as it should be and we really enjoyed the food. Good quality ingredients and cooked very nicely too... we are very fussy when it comes to takeaway. Doesn’t look fancy from the outside but it is pleasantly surprising when it comes to the food. We are glad we picked Millfield Kitchen and left a menu at the holiday cottage for future guests.

I work here and I am sorry for all the delays we have has recently but being the only staff member behind the counter it is hard for me to be quick as usually I have to answer the phone as counter orders are going in and out. I would ask that our customers bear with us.

Disappointed tonight just ordered chicken curry and chips and a thia beef chow mien and 2 pancake rolls most of the meal was your usual great quality but there was no thia beef chow mien just bland noodles beef tasteless and the only thing I could taste was pineapple

I have been all over Scotland eating my favorite food and this place rocks, portions are huge and very cheap.I come from Aberdeen and have been known to drive 100 mile round trip for takeaway.You know you have found the right place when reheating the food the next day tastes as good as the night before!buy from here at least twice per week.Staff are very friendly too.
