Never had a meal here that wasn't excellent. Service good and timely. Will always go there again.

Absolutely lovely. Food is great and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Only problem is the stairs, but we'll worth the climb.

My husband and I were in there for the first time last night. We were made to feel so welcome. The food was amazing, can't praise it enough and nothing was to much trouble from the staff. We will definitely be back. It's just became one of our favourite restaurants.

This is a popular local restaurant which offers basic, unpretentious, (dare i say) old fashioned meals at inexpensive prices.I would have liked to have given a higher rating but i wasn’t entirely happy with my meal.My “bruschetta” starter can probably be better described as cheese (and tomato) on toast. It certainly wasn’t bruschetta. It was, unfortunately, not even a good cheese on toast as the cheese rather bland. For my main i had the pork with black pudding in a peppercorn sauce. Whilst the pork was fine, the black pudding really didn’t taste good, so much so i couldn’t finish eating it.The positives were the good portion sizes (2 courses are more than enough) and the friendly service.

Delicious food and very friendly staff. It's a child friendly restaurant with dedicated children's menu and excellent high chairs. The drinks menu was a bit lacking if you didn't fancy wine but I would still happily head back for another meal sometime.
