The staff are amazing here, so friendly and helpful. One staff member always makes sure the kids have a little treat before they leave. The food is lovely and the prices are affordable. Every time I've been in, the place looks spotless.

Please only have a sign saying please rate us 5 if you take it seriously.Staff - was in on wed 9th march afternoon and the 2 girls were polite. But the 2 males on the Thu 10th March were terrible. Was waiting at bar for a good few mins when someone appeared from the kitchen with plates the n walked back to the kitchen and appeared with more plates - he walked past me and didn't say anything, not '2secs' or 'be with you in min' after he appeared the 2nd time someone else came up and went round bar and just stared at me - didn't say 'sorry for your wait'....ok then.Food - 1st time I got sweet potato fries and garlic bread - was nice but abit soft. 2nd time had the Mac n cheese - cheap stringy cheese, bland bland bland, and burning the top of it, this to make it look fancy? Poured half a jar pepper on it and still didn't improve the taste. Side salad was dressed - that's what you call dressed? It was soaking. Garlic bread was undercooked.Back to staff - we sat there for a good amount of time and no-one approached the table to ask if the food was ok, as my mrs had left more than half of the food. The guy actually went to walk over to us and stopped like he didn't want to know it was bad and walked away - the plates were pushed to the side of table so he should have realised we weren't eating it anymore. The table behind us left a good chunk of food aswell, and dishes sat there for a awhile aswell. Place only had like 4/5 tables worth of people so it wasn't busy. The building. - big, good amount of tables, loads of screens for sports. There's 2 doors outside, 1 that leads upstairs and 1 that's on the main bar area. If your upstairs you need to leave the building and go down the other door to get to the toilet if you have mobility issues. Decent location, near the station and just at the end of the main area of town.Lucky it wasn't 1 star - was still tempted to tho if it wasn't for the girls one the first visit..with it being prob the biggest pub in the area (and it's chain, Greene king) I actually expected better, been to a few of these pubs and always had a good experience.

Food was brilliant, so easy to order and pay from your table via app. Tv at every booth for entertainment while enjoying a meal, very well priced. Also has vegan menu and child's menu. Will definitely be returning.

Was in for lunch today when my friend had to suddenly leave. I asked for our meals to be delayed until my husband arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were so helpful and friendly - will absolutely be back x

Went in for a drink a couple of weeks ago with our son, got turned away by a rude waitress. She said we couldnt and that the kitchen was closed and we were with a minor. We didn't get chance to add that we only wanted a soft drink as she walked off. Unimpressed and very rude.

Have been here quite a few times and had great service and meals - unfortunately NOT this time. When placing the order at the bar I had to return 3 times to our table as the young male waiter had informed us that items were not available. Eventually, soup starters arrived lukewarm so requested they be reheated. After another long wait, soup arrived satisfactorily. Another wait ensued before the main courses arrived, which were enjoyed. Throughout this time we felt that the young male waiter appeared to have a bit of an "attitude". Such a shame as we've always enjoyed taking my father-in-law here for lunch. Won't happen again.

Nice place staff warm and welcoming, a bit daunting if your not tech savvy trying to access their app to order dinner, but we managed it. Meal was a good sized portion and it tasted good. Most definitely use it again we we're in the area.
