We used the cafe, which is much larger and roomy inside than you'd think from the narrow frontage on the street. Great family food including a really nice homemade soup and amazing sausage rolls, and all very affordable. I'll certainly be back next time I'm in Inveraray.

Had an excellent lunch there yesterday.Good food well presented .ingredients very varied we had the crab brioche one of the specials of beef patties with cheese mushrooms and onion served in toasted sourdough bread and wonderful chunky leek and potato souptoo full to sample the delicious looking apple and BlackBerry pie.

Absolutely beautiful, the views are out of this world! The food is amazing! Beware of you order a sandwich its huge! Staff were warm and friendly, restaurant was clean. Would definitely visit again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable and clean and any issues were dealt with promptly by Victoria. Great base to enjoy exploring Argyle Penninsula.

Lovely room, obviously refurbished recently. Very clean and comfortable bed. Only downsides is it was up a narrow circular staircase which was difficult with a suitcase and was cold when we arrived. Heating is electric which has a bright blue display which made sleeping difficult, didn't want to cover it since that would mean covering the radiator, quite annoying and made sleeping difficult.

Very busy and great atmosphere. Staff lovely food is beautiful. Had an open sandwich and it was so good .coffee perfect. Lots of people calling in for takeaway too .

Very rustic decor not for me, we had a shoogly table too. Our food was awesomme, my 1st time with a veggy breakfast, very filling, hubby opted for the French toast with bacon, scummy. A bit on the expensive side though.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, room was spacious and very clean and the bed was huge! Very comfortable too. The breakfast (full meaty) was delicious, very good quality. There is a bit of traffic noise from the occasional lorry during the night and general traffic but I guess that comes with a central location. The truth is though, I didn’t get a great sleep because of it but I don’t see anyone else mentioning it so it must be me. The coffee and tea in the room was ok and comes with a cafetière (although only one sachet of coffee for it) There was one very small complimentary shortbread biscuit between the two of us, so we had to half it! Maybe not unreasonable to have one each for our £160 a night stay? Overall though, I would recommend the hotel, because as I say, the staff and the food were excellent.

Would highly recommend. Table of 5 adults and 5 kids. Greeted and seated quickly. Polite staff. Food served quickly. Food was fresh and great portion sizes. Coffee was the best I've had in a long time!

We were staying in Brambles for a few nights on our honeymoon. It was a suprise from my uncle as a wedding gift. The bed was super comfy, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Food in brambles cafe was amazing. Lots of beautiful sites around the area. Absolutely nothing at fault.
