Campbell Coffee in Argyll & Bute

Great coffee! Nice well banced flavour with good coffee art! Lovely welcome and friendly atmosphere. They clearly care about their coffee and brand. Best coffee I had on my stay while in Scotland.

Looked like a really lovely place and had good reviews, but sadly shut at midday on a weekday when we went, with no explanation on the door, despite saying it would be open on their Facebook page and Google (no opening hours visible on their website). Hope to try again and be successful in the future. Might be worth phoning ahead if driving some way to get there.

We dropped in whilst visiting the region on holiday recently. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the products. The staff were very knowledgeable and they are happy to discuss your needs and tastes, . We walked away with a couple of bags of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and was extremely pleased with the taste and we will be ordering some more hoping we can get delivery to Cornwall.If you are In the area visiting the castle or jail then drop in they are on the Main Street, grab a coffee or tea and a chat. Need to bring your own biscuits though.
