Lovely warm friendly welcome but wasn't expecting the "lentil" soup to contain ham without warning. As a vegetarian I was disappointed & repulsed that I had eaten ham but happy that this wasn't charged for this on our bill. Nice toilets to throw up in! Whilst this might be a non-issue to others, to me, it was. I would recommend clear warnings for vegetarians and people of religious faiths would be appreciated.... Shame as it started off great & the coffee was good.

The food is okay but extremely overpriced. Please look at the photos added on other reviews of the rolls. For a bun with some filling costs around £8, very over priced for what it is. I think given the location, they price the rolls knowing people don't have many options. The soup and coffee is fine, but they really need to address the rolls or "stokes" as they call them.

Nice fresh food made up as you order. The soup is a generous portion with a wedge of freshly baked bread, always delicious. The rolls with ham and redcurrant jelly are amazing, nice big slices of ham with a little side salad. Staff are very friendly.

When we visit Luss, the Coach House is part of the visit. It has lots of seating, lots of coffee and lots of cake. Their soup is also recommended, along with anything else on their menu. They really strive to make good food and drink and succeed. They have a quality shop, meaning the items are of quality and will be appreciated either for yourself or as gifts. Again and again the staff are a pleasure, having that extra bit of conversation to make your visit complete.

Stumbled upon this charming cafe as we toured Loch Lomond. So happy we did.Little shop just before the cafe which sold some interesting thing. Cafe area was very welcoming ad were the staff.The espresso was delicious. Unfortunately they were out of the coffee beans or I would have bought a pack for home. We didn't try the cakes, but were tempted do do so, they looked very tasty. The hot chocolate was said to be best ever by my daughter!Toilets were clean.

We’ve been stopping here for a few years now on our way to and from Oban.We’ve just visited again and we’re very disappointed.I ordered a cheese and coleslaw stokie, my wife an egg mayonnaise and my son a plain ham.£6.50 bought me what you see in the picture below. I’m fairly sure the grated cheese was straight out of a packet.My son, literally had a bun with a slice of ham in and that also cost £6.50.So, £19.50 in total. Massively disappointed

We stopped off for a coffee and snack here on our way up to Glencoe. Pleasantly surprised that they allowed dogs, since we had our puppy with us. The place is huge, with a lovely big fireplace. There was a large cabinet with loads of sweet treats to choose from - we had a scone and white chocolate billionaire shortbread. Both were delicious! Coffee was okay, but we definitely have high standards so I'm sure it's fine for most people!Staff were super friendly too! Definitely recommend a visit!

We've been visiting this wonderful coffee shop for years...this year was no exception. The staff are always so warm and welcoming, the coffees are fantastic and the cakes are absolutely exceptional. They also serve gorgeous filled batches or soup for lunch. Can't wait to visit again.

Visited as a family of 8. Rushed to our table and drink orders taken straight away, we then expected to be given time to look at the menus, however the lady waited for our food orders and promptly told my husband to share the menu. (2 menus between 8) very expensive for a dry tuna sandwich, and no I don’t mind paying £10 for a sandwich if it was something amazing but this really wasn’t.. Best laugh was watching people go to the toilet, as from our table we could see straight through the frosted window!! Would not return - pretty obvious they don’t like the tourists!!
