Costa Coffee in Argyll & Bute

Coffee was very weak Also asked for biscuits Said they didnt have any but on the way out the shop there was a stand with biscuits on it Won't hurry back!

Pretty much what you'd expect from a Costa. Enforcing the non sensical covid rules strictly I.e. asking people to mask up and not move the furniture.

Coffee is alright, locks on toilets, so if you don't keep receipt you can't get in

Some people don't understand that staff members sacrifice their family time and take their child to the store while cleaning up.Sometimes the kids sacrifice is the only way the store can trade for a certain time.If anybody feels it's unfair on the kids: yes, I agree! Costa is recruiting constantly, feel free to apply online.On the other hand: thank you very much for all the sacrifices the staff and their kids have to make in order to serve customers. They are all amazing.

6 or 7 tables left with dirty dishes, staff still serving customers and nowhere to sit with a clean table. Now only doing takeaway with dirty dishes lying everywhere 🤯

Got there at 17:00 and found the store closed despite the sign saying it closes at 18:00, also a child was playing inside. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

As always. Excellent service. Great staff. Despite being very busy. We were served quickly. Tables cleared and cleaned as people left.

Opening hours reduced to 10-4 but you’ll only see this on the door, not online. Takeaway only for some reason, and a 10 minute wait for drinks despite a queue of only 3 people meant we swerved and headed to Hinba Coffee instead.

Always a gem service etc, clean. Love the coffee. Nicw to have in an holiday location

Visited for breakfast this morning at 8.00 and was told they are not doing porridge at the moment and they had no bread for toast. Ended up having the last two teacakes.Also, no NHS track and trace so had to go through the rigmarole of signing up to their own.Staff were very nice.
