Was up in Oban for football and needed a quick bite to each b4 the game. Friendly and swift service and a delicious roll and bacon and cup of tea to send us on our road. Would highly recommend 👌

Great find back from main road in Oban. Genuinely welcomed inside with our dog. Very kind and personable waitress. Both had Full Breakfast- delicious ingredients all cooked perfectly. Keep up the good work!

We visited here as a family for a quick lunch on the strength of the reviews online, expecting local good quality farmed produce and homemade food. I mean, the food was fine, but it's just what you'd expect from any cafe or snack van but for half of the price - basic toasties and burgers with sides of dried up lettuce and tomatoes, and acidic cheap supermarket coleslaw. This was more a taste of farmfoods than a taste of the farm.We left completely scunnered and after rereading the reviews raving about the artisan fine dining in disbelief we actually had to come back up the street to check we had went to the right place. We spent much of the afternoon wondering had we been conned by catfish reviews. I can only assume the evening fine dining setup is ran by a different chef to that who runs the daytime cafe, or maybe the chef was absent on this occasion, who knows.Would swerve this place during the day. Can't speak for the 'fine dining' evening setup.

Catherine and her staff were excellent. The food is amazing. They catered for our wedding buffet, nothing was a problem. Thanks again.

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic early evening meal here whilst in Oban. As a working class couple from South Manchester the menu looked a bit posh but we were so glad we tried the food. One of the best meals out we've had. Staff were very friendly and the overall cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend eating at this little gem of a restaurant.
