Kronks deli in Argyll & Bute

Dreadful service sat for 30 mins waiting for my sandwich went back in to ask where it was to be asked oh what sandwich was it? They forgot to even make it. Not good at all!

Great little cafe with outdoor seating in a nice location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great cakes Well worth a visit

If your like coffee I wouldn't recommend here. Sorry guys, coffee had no flavour whatsoever! Hot water with a hint of coffee.

Bought a coffee and tea. Pretty sure the tea had never seen a teabag and it was actually the worst coffee I have ever drank. Weak as dishwater and what flavour there was was not coffee

Very rude and unhappy staff , took our order waited outside for 15 mins then they come out to tell us they running low on stock ,then they were surprised that I asked for my money back , disorganized place 4 people working there and couldn't organise people's orders,from mixing peoples order up to being rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't recommend

such a horrible place to eat in oban, the staff (who were so grumpy) gave me chicken in my sandwich even though i stated i was vegetarian. Not usually one to leave reviews on cafes but considering how rude the staff were and how unpleasant our experience was i decided to leave this review so others know not to visit this unclean cafe

Awful place the only saving grace was the the young girl makeing the coffees and taking the money can't count three large coffee's can of coke two waters £6..... Kronks she did it to everyone we were all talking about it outside 😂😂😂😂😂

I think this is probably the only time I have ever given a single star review and that is due to the terrible service. We arrived at 1115hrs and sat outside before going in to order coffee as there was no table service. We were then told "there's no milk" (it was NOT busy). As we didn't want black coffee, we said we didn't mind waiting and after about 5 minutes one coffee was grudgingly slapped down on the (dirty) table (there were 3 of us) We then waited more than 5 more minutes for the other two drinks which were also slapped down. The waiter didn't check which of us had ordered the coffee and which was the hot chocolate - we had to take the lid off to work it out. When my hot chocolate arrived, it was tepid. When this was mentioned, it was huffily thrown away while they made a fresh one. When my partner asked for a cloth to wipe the table as it was very dirty he was just stared at. Once my (now hot) hot chocolate was brought to the table, the young man then said "can youse pay now?".I've never experienced anything like it. Terrible attitude

Filled my very hot coffee to the brim and with the plastic top concealing it. Ended up scolding my bottom lip. Bought a cold bottle of water from Smith's to cool it down. Imagine if that was a child.

Awful! Staff too busy carrying on with customers who were friends..no social distancing.. no hand sanitising and coffee poor! Customers language was atrocious!!..very poor indeed..plenty other more professional cafes and coffee shops to visit ! Sorry just so not impressed!
