La Cantina in Argyll & Bute

Amazing. There was a mix up with the booking and Tommy was so chill about it and let us hang out til they were ready to go. Cool kitsch design, really reasonable prices, especially for drinks. Food was so good. Managed to destroy a presidential burger but I swear I didn't eat again for 2 days!! Its a LOT of food.

Dined here a few weeks ago. Booking a table was simple and straightforward.Extensive menu is beyond impressive and gives you plenty of options to chose from.Meal exceeded our expectations and was really tasty. Staff were really helpful, funny and knowledgeable. Great food for a fantastic price. The decor fits the American theme perfectly. Will definitely return.

Staff are always friendly and professional with a warm relaxed vibe. Always have a great meal here but recently got the Ruben special and it was delicious, the flavours were immense and the house red goes down a treat with it 😉. Definitely worth a visit!.

The staff was very friendly and the ambience relaxed. However, the food was severely lacking. It tasted like microwaved meals straight out of the package. The shakes were very runny and tasted like sweet milk...it was odd. We came here because my wife has been here from the States for a year and she missed American food. It was a fail. She was disappointed because it was not even close to basic American bar and grill food. The tab was expensive for the quality so we wouldn't waste our money there on a second round.

Staff were lovely, very attentive, food was really poor, both myself and my friend opted for chicken , my friend had cajun chicken and within 4 hours was projectile vomiting and very loose stools she was up all night vomiting and had very bad diorea and bad cramps in her stomach. I didn't eat the chicken as after tasting it , it was very chewy and stringy, would not eat there again. My friend is still unwell today.

'Tommy makes a great team!'... And they are! 6 adults and 1 very vocal and active young lady were fed, entertained and cared for by a great team. Food was excellent, the atmosphere, especially big Sam the cowboy, very good indeed. Well done all.

Stunning specials, Haggis bon bons with peppercorn sauce and parsnip shavings followed by sausage & mustard mash with veggies. Washed down with a wonderful couple of pints of Belhaven Stout!

Great location,with great food and fantastic stuff .We did not have burgers but, 🎏 &chips ,Smoked salmon cooked in white wine Pasta ,Cream of Mushroom and Pizza. All of them were sumptuous. Highly recommended .Also,the interior will catch your eyes definitely.
