Muneroy in Argyll & Bute

We have visited twice now the owners are very friendly and the cakes are legendary people from miles away come to visit this remote tea room it is definitely worth a visit if you have had a busy day of walking or if you just fancy an amazing cake . 5*

Wow my first time being there and it won't be my last.They are famed for there cakes and quite rightly so.There was a group of us and everyone had something delightful.Make sure you book otherwise you'll definitely be disappointed.

Had a fantastic walk along Dunaverty beach followed by amazing cakes at Muneroys. Frances and her staff are the best. Lovely atmosphere and lovely food.

An absolute MUST if you are in Kintyre! Definitely skip breakfast before you go or do a huge walk to work up an appetite. The cakes and merangues are AMAZING.

Well worth taking a drive down to Southend, the cakes are incredible. Staff are lovely and friendly nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Stayed nearby for several days and found this gem of a shop and tea room, which we ate at three times. Francis and the rest of her staff were friendly and a delight to talk to. The food was delicious and yes those cakes are huge! The shop is convenient and reasonably stocked for your self catering needs. Contrary to another recent post they do have filter coffee, I had it twice!
