Rooms are tiny, heat was up full and the know was broken so we couldn't turn it down, bathroom window panes were cracked, walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in surrounding rooms. There was a dance show on so every room was full of kids who all had their room doors open and were shouting across the corridor. Breakfast was great, honestly only redeeming past of the hotel, staff were lovely but honestly we won't be back.

Room was spacious, spotless and warm and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Food was excellent we will definitely be back. It was also great value for money.

Stayed here on January 1st for my partners birthday and it was perfect! We were in the suite, which was stunning. The staff were incredible, the food was amazing.We'll definitely be back for another visit.

Extremely good place very friendly. They had a member of staff for over an hour for me to collect the key as I was running very late. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Great breakfast too

The room was small but comfortable. The decor was very cute. I literally loved all the little bits like little tiny chairs on the wall. So adorable. There was a little bit of noise but that was the other guests nothing to do with hotel. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. Very delicious. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

We stayed last night as we were attending the Del Amitri gig at the Queens Hall. The hotel was great value for money and a 10/15 walk into town. The staff were efficient, helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was great and room 6 was nice. It overlooked the West bay, had a large comfortable king size bed and an extra single bed. It was ideal for our needs at a reasonable price.

Spent 4 nights here and it was a great stay, our room was rather small but bed comfortable and room spotless. Best shower I’ve had in a long time, powerful and hot. Ample tea and coffee. Freeview tv , room quiet and a sea view. Great breakfast included in the stay and we opted for dinner on two nights of our stay and it was really good. Staff were helpful and really pleasant. The Hotel is situated at the edge of the town and it takes 10-15 mins walk into town. I would definitely recommend.
