Piazza in Argyll & Bute

I have to say we really enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. The food was very good and piping hot when it arrived. The staff were very good and attentive. We will definitely be coming back. I personally didn’t think it was overpriced. It was one of the cheaper meals out we had in Oban.

Good food in a lovely setting on the harbour. However taking a 2 points off because of the service charge added as standard which assumes good service and customer satisfaction, that should be left to the customer to decide if tip is due.

Nice modern Pizza right on the sea front on North Peir Oban. We enjoyed our Pizza not sure what I think of automatic 10% service charge bit I would have tipped the amount anyway as staff were pleasant and helpful.

Food was good, value for money, prompt service and a beautiful setting however experience was slightly marred by the fact we entered through the wrong door (which had a huge open sign next to it and the menu and not being from the area we weren't to know better) when we approached a member of staff she just looked at us for a few seconds and they laughed. Felt totally humiliated and a bit silly. It's maybe worth better signage or closing the door at the back so people don't walk through it accidentally. Kind of just wanted to eat and leave because we were embarrassed by the reaction of the waitress.

Staff is very friendly and helpful with customers. Burgers are AMAZING! and definitely made my day. (also, solid potato fries!!)

Staff were simply superb. Wait time was kept to a minimum, though at no point did we feel rushed. Food was excellent and the price point was spot on. The base on the pizza was so light and fluffy! Definitely recommend if you're in the area, though it was very busy tonight so I'd advise you book if you're planning a visit.

Food was excellent - really good pizza. Service was fab. Great gluten-free options. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Oban.

The manager and our sever were extremely kind and hospitable. They have several gluten free options on the menu ... when the food came we asked to verify if our pizzas were gluten-free because they tasted absolutely amazing!!! Best gluten-free pizza we’ve had!! The staff were well-informed and concerned for gluten allergies as they prepare and cook gluten free pizzas in a separate space to avoid cross contamination. My wife is coeliac and felt very comfortable eating here. Such a relief to have peace of mind. And what a beautiful location right on the water. Highly recommend and will return when in Oban!

Piazza is in a beautiful location on the harbour with lovely views. We ordered garlic bread with roasted tomatoes on it and when it arrived there was no tomatoes. We told our server and she took the dish back, threw 4 tomatoes on and brought it back. I was really disappointed with this. It was not what I had expected. The service was slow overall and not the most friendly. The pizza itself was good, I enjoyed what I got. My friend ordered the pasta though and was very unimpressed. I wouldn't go here for authentic Italian food but the pizza is tasty. I would go back again for the pizza but not for the service.
