it has no toilet and sockets for charging the phone ... too bad the food is prepared.

As expected from a subway establishment food was as expected. However, they advertise the 'Eat Out to Help Out' Government scheme but do not even allow eating inside the establishment due to social distancing requirement so offer cannot be applied.

Tasty food, polite staff, coffee a bit watery.

Bought 2 meals, one a value meal. Was charged extra by accident as problem with till .They ‘refunded’ amount to my card , the amount being 14.80. Then charged me the 12.50.The 12.50 came off, and the 14.80 was refunded. I check my account today and they have taken the 14.80 AGAIN , so for the two meals I’ve been charged £27.30. Tried phoning, no result, only way to go is email.DO NOT USE THIS SUBWAY, THEY CHARGE YOU MORE FOR YOUR MEAL AND THEN DOUBLE CHARGE YOU. £27.30 for 2 meals, and I’m not even going to go into the customer service. SCAMMERS!!!!

Love this subway, staff are great especially Ross who was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, took the time to explain different choices, always lovely when you get great staff that make you feel very welcome.

seemed very clean. the staff were lovely and helpful also patient if your new to subway and struggling to make up your mind or being picky. the place is a little small but apart from that it is a great place. the food is well prepared and tastes good. you get huge size portions for such a cheap price it's rather amazing.

The serving assistant wouldn't go wumph if you put a million volts through her! Also very rude. Shop being used a meeting place for the little Oban 'massive'.
