Do not go here...its over rated & over priced. Also the staff are very rude. Never going back...EVER!

THIS FOOD IS A DISGRACE.I found a black wavy hair in my box of chips I have blonde straight hair so can’t be mine also they handle food with hands every time I’m there one touch’s the food and doesn’t wash hands or use gloves in these times with covid it’s not hygienic DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Got fish and chips and they were aweful, batter was slimly and greasy, chips were very soft and terrible, place has gone downhill

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. disgusting service. waited 2 hours for a delivery after being told it would be 45 mins. Lied to me several times telling me the food had left when it hadn't. Not one apology or offer of money back. DISGRACE.

I bought a bag of chips each for myself and granddaughter, they were lovely and fresh and tasted exactly how chips should taste scrumptious

The food is great but the only concern i have is the staff use fingers to move the food around in the hot counter.With the current situation with covid this is unacceptable to be man handling food with no ppe.Gloves or utensils should be used at all times regardless of the situation.

Very poor hygiene standards - handling cooked food by hand directly after taking money etc from other customers. No sign of anyone washing hands ever. Sorry but I wont ever be back.

Ordered online to save time and opted to collect. On arrival I let them know I was there at allocated time and paid for my order. I was told it will be a few more minutes which was fine as there was a lot of people waiting for their orders. I found it difficult to approach the shop due to the amount of people waiting for food or to make an order. However, after waiting 40 minutes I approached the shop to inform them that I was still waiting for my order only to be told “you need to tell me you are here for your food”. Not happy with service, didn’t mind the wait as it was busy but a simple apology for their mistake would not have gone amiss. Food was definitely not worth the wait, won’t be going back.

Not very impressed with the fish & chips and the food already cooked in display looked like it had been there for hours.both staff members no mask on even though they told me to put my mask on.l will not be going back and would not recommend to my friends and family. And all the locals. I would not even give it one star but it says I hated it so that's good enough for me
