Excellent meal in this lovely little restaurant today. Contacted them prior to visiting online due to allergy requirements and they were so helpful. Very busy when we arrived but was space for us. Lovely selection of food available including dairy free options. Fantastic understanding of cross contamination in food preparation and so helpful in navigating their menu. Really enjoyed my Venison cottage pie. Would love to visit again sometime in the future. Didn’t have room to sample desserts but plenty of options were available that were gluten free.

Good food, decent prices and awesome portion sizes, (note, this includes the salads which are huge). Burgers are really tasty and all made with good quality ingredients. Took a chance and managed to nab the last table but would recommend booking prior

The service was definitely 10/10. They had a big menu and the food was delicious. Few vegan options but the Veggie burger was yummy!

Came here for lunch with my fiancé and our friends for a spot of lunch and hot drinks whilst sightseeing in Inveraray. Absolute top notch service with the staff. Food was very reasonably priced and I enjoyed my toasted haggis sandwich immensely. It’s located down in a basement like room but I rather enjoyed that type of atmosphere. Unisex toilets here, very well kept and clean also. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful gem of a place, hidden away in a corner, down a flight of steps. We were in the town at a time when everything was closed and we found this. Were accommodated, table for 3, without a reservation. Lovely staff. Excellent food. Lovely, friendly waitress. All our requests were accommodated and we had a great meal. Good vegetarian options, limited but excellent in taste. My only minor gripe would be regarding hygiene. We requested boxes to take home the food we could not finish, in my case, the chips. We were provided plastic box. The lid of my box fell on the floor and the waitress picked it up and put it back on the table. When I asked for a new lid, she was willing to oblige but explained that it had fallen the top side down. Maybe that would have been ok in a pre-covid world but...I don't like to make a scene, I accepted the explanation, but I did not eat those chips. But, I would still go there again if/when I am in Inveraray again, even if other places are open. It was a lovely meal.

Great off chance find for lunch. Very welcoming attentive staff, swift service, straightforward good tasty food. Only 8 tables so I guess there are queues on busy days.

·

Lovely little establishment located in what seemedto be in the basement which was nice and cool in the hot weather we experienced today. Great menu and great service.

Great local - home cooked food. Venison cottage pie was great! As was their fish cakes.

Really good food and service. Our lunch was delicious, but the carrot cake was the perfect finish to the meal!
