The Cruin restaurant loch lomond in Argyll & Bute

Food was stunning, amazing views. Only complaint was all the wine has give me a headache

The Cruin was an incredible venue for our wedding. The shores of Loch Lomond were stunning, even with a little rain it was an amazing view. The staff were so friendly and helpful from when we first met when booking the wedding to last orders. The food was delicious, really good quality and a decent evening buffet. Would highly recommend The Cruin to anyone looking for a fantastic venue with spectacular views.

Love this venue. Been years since I piped here but great to be back today. Looks even better than before after a makeover 🤩

Lovely we pier to walk down by the beach and the loch. Would recommend for day or evening stroll.

We went here for a meal out as it was near to the Loch Lomond Guesthouse which we were staying at. I had a quick look at the overall review score of this place and thought it would be worth trying. It wasnt!The food was very basic and nothing special.In terms of a wine list they had 1 red, 1 white and 1 rose. So we ordered the red which wasnt good at all.They had a list of beers but it turned out they only had 2 of them available.The waiters were ok and polite.Very nice view and I'm sure it is a nice wedding venue. But in terms of the restaurant I wasnt impressed.

Great meal, even better service. Managed to squeeze us in even though they were busy, and food was still quick to be served. Attentive and friendly yet unintrusive. Added bonus of a beautiful view of the lake. Would happily go again.

The Cruin is a magical place to visit, especially at dusk when the fairy lights come on. The setting is awesome 🤩, the hospitality and service is fantastic and the food is so good you'll want to have one of everything 😋. Thank you for making the birthday treats for our family so special 💕 Awesome staff 😍 xx

A hidden away gem ... amazing food as all at the table agreed. Great value for top notch food. Views and location on Loch Lomond fantastic. You won’t be disappointed !
