Hi I usually love going to electric bakery for a quick bite but today I sadly had a bad experience with one employee she is short and chubby with short coloured hair and she treated me like I was inconveniencing her for buying some food and didn't offer me a bag for my food before I paid so I had to try and find 5 pence to pay for my bag.I was not rude at all so I don't think I deserved that attitude, I've been in customer service for years and I understand we have bad days but you should always be nice to customers as we are buying your food.😔

Went into the shop for a cup of tea and a snack while there i went to the toilet. There were empty toilet rolls left in the bathroom .The toiled seat was very loose Whoever had been in before had left what they had done and not flushed .And the sink was dirty with what I could only say was a scum round the tap near the sink .bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned for days .Not impressed and woukdnt go back

This bakery has an almost constant stream of locals buying bread and cakes - and we can see why having sampled traditional Scotch Pies and cakes in the cafe. Service could be a bit slow- but only because they were so busy serving customers in the shop - which is a good sign.
