The Olive Garden in Argyll & Bute

Not only was the food good the staff were excellent . Enough of of making sure you got what you need and not in your face

This is a fine restaurant. Cullen skink soup starter, delicious. Main course of 18 local, rope grown mussels in a creamy sauce, Outstanding. My wife had Sirloin steak cooked to perfection. Decent wine with the meal. Coffee, cognac, Single malt to finish. All in at £84. Good friendly efficient staff. Nowt for us to moan about defo reccomend.As in the name decor, is a little olive in colour.

Really nice place ,very clean the four of us had steaks which were lovely,the place was busy but plenty staff to deal with everyone,we took a card as next time in oban we'd definitely be back.

What a good choice coming here. Saw reviews and thought I would give it a try. I was not disappointed. Staff friendly and accommodating and the food was superb.

After several failed attempts to find somewhere to eat we stumbled across the Olive Garden and I'm so glad we did , Oban was extremely busy . Service was a little slow due to how busy the place was but it was well worth the wait , my wife had the Hake and I had the chicken, we both throughly enjoyed or meal . The staff were superb and apologised for the wait and even offered a discount but the food was well worth the wait . I would definitely go back and highly recommend.

We had a really good meal here using Eat Out to Help Out - all food delicious, fresh and hot. It came out promptly.One waitress in particular was very warm and friendly.The meal was reasonably priced using the up to £10 off per person, but it would have been a bit beyond our budget otherwise.Booking ahead essential at this time - others got turned away at 6pm due to social distancing limits. Covid measures felt safe - staff in visors, tables apart, hands free return from bathroom.

Very tasty. Early dinner menu had decent sized portions for £15. But the tiramisu is actually a mocha desert, not tiramisu (still tasty). The tables are very far apart so great to limit covid spread. Waiting staff was really nice
