Twice I have ordered a meal from here and twice they decided after half an hour that they couldn’t do it, waste of time, shouldn’t be allowed to take orders from just eat if they are not up to making them up

Worst restaurant ever. If you trying to get food poisoning then this is the place to go to. All the food literally smelt rotten as if it was laying outside the fridge overnight and they just microwaved it and served it to us. Save your money and stomach and visit somewhere else.

Went here last night after being at the movies. Service was quick as there was no one in the restaurant. We ordered butter chicken, chicken madras, chicken bhoona, 2 rice, I small chips and a man bread. All the curry sauces tasted good. However the chicken was in edible, it was hard and chewy. It must have been cooked and frozen then reheated. I can’t understand how or why it was so hard. Man bread over cooked and just broke into pieces. Such a same as I say the sauces were really good. Think the full order cost £32.

Probably one of the worst Indian Restaurants i have visited, took 2 1/2 hours to get food for 11 of us and when it finally arrived most of it was cold. For a restaurant that was not busy it was appalling. Probably best give this place a miss. Garlic nann was good but that's about it. Expensive for what turned up, prices had been increased by £2 to £3 per main the old price just crossed out and hand written in a dirty menu.

I am from Delhi , India and I can confirm that this restaurant severs authentic Indian food. You must ignore the 3.8 rating that others have given. The food was delicious and totally value for money , the chef even asked our preference for spice level and adjusted the taste accordingly.I highly recommend this for people looking for curry, naan or biryani

Disgraceful service placed an order which restaurant accepted and provided estimated delivery time. Waited 90 minutes and nothing so checked the status and it says enjoy your food which I hadn't received yet. So I phone the restaurant to see what's happening with it and the guy took my details and said I'd receive it soon. 5 minutes after getting off the phone I get a text apologising saying it would be delivered in 30 minutes. So now waiting 2 hours I get a text claiming I've successfully cancelled my order and been refunded as I paid up front by card. So no food despite phoning in and being told I'd get it soon. Couldn't tell you if the food was any good or not as never received it and wasted 2 hours and had to order from elsewhere and start my wait all over again. Will not make the mistake of ordering from this restaurant again

Order cancelled for the third time in a row by just eat because they fail to provide delivery confirmation or answer phones during hours there apparently open and serving. Poor customer service, food quality if and I mean “if” your order actually gets accepted is low quality, luke warm and stale. Will be avoiding for certainty in future. Poor show

Worst Indian I have ever had - prawns undercooked - chicken tikka was just cooked in raw marinade not cooked properly -lamb sauce same as prawn one - bright red rice - onion bajias square and had raw onion n it it - all in all appalling food poor quality overpriced and took 1.5hrs to arrive ! Don’t go there beware we were all very sick as a result of this poor quality food most of it went straight in the bin

Visited one day whilst on holiday nearby. Was at 4.30 pm in afternoon and even though they werent quite ready they let us in as a family.Very clean restaurant lots of choice. The starters were completely freshly cooked. Naans were huge and service polite. Pricing very reasonable and lots of Vegetarian choice. I'm sure some were also Vegan but not marked as such. Only thing I'd suggest. Bar available.
