I always order online for collection, the food is always ready on time and still piping hot. I absolutely love the food, from fish and chips to kebabs to pizzas everything I've had so far has been delicious. I would highly recommend.

Called at 21.10 to ascertain the closing time and was advised 22.00, got to the door at 21.45 just as they had locked the door, I chapped on the window and one of the girls hid below the counter!! I chapped again and signalled that I had called and they advised they closed at 22.00, eventually the girl came to the door and I explained again that I had called, they proceeded to tell me that they had received a large order so there was very little left and that most places close early !! Certainly won't be back, I feel sorry for anyone working shifts and depending on their opening hours to get their dinner before going home ! What's the point on having opening hours if you are not going to stick by them, especially given the current climate !

After one & a half hours wait I checked if the order had been received (Website said delivery time - one hour), was told by someone at the shop it would be sent out with the next delivery person (they only had one). After another forty minutes, still now sign of our order!We called them to just cancel it & the girl replied “OK” & hung up.Second time using this takeaway, sadly it’ll be our last.The delivery girl has literally just turned up as I’m writing this, 2 hours 20mins……One positive though, at least she apologised about the time it took!!!!!!

Food was late, driver did apologise for this which is the only positive I have from the experience. I had left a note on the order to ring the doorbell rather than knock so that the dog wouldn't bark and wake the baby up, but the woman knocked exceptionally loudly and needless to say the dog went mental and the baby woke up so by the time I settled him again the food was cold. Also ordered 2 cans of juice with my food which I never received. Only ordered from here as everyone else had a high minimum charge and I was only ordering for me but I won't be ordering from here again.

If you want a delivery add at least an hour on to your booking slot, especially at the WE. Probably best to collect if you can. Nice food otherwise.

Excellent quality fish and chips and spicy haggis

Lovley food if the order was correct. Got home one order of pie and chips was missing.on the 2nd visit got fish when i asked for pie. On the 3rd visit got haggis and chips when i asked for something totally different.not very happy as just moved into the area and feeling tired. I will go back there but write my order down for them then hopefully they can get it correct

Most of the time you will get a very nice pizza, however about 20% of the time it will be burned in areas. Delivery can be as quick as 30 minutes or as slow as 90 minutes. Most drivers really good but occasionally you get the rude one. Delivery is £3 and now there is also a 50p surcharge.

Friendly staff and good service, good food and you can sit in to eat it, another great home delivery tonight, pizza was superb and fish and chips were fantastic, also gave me 2 bits of fish! Thanks! Love it. Another superb fish supper with 2 bit of fish again! 😊, love getting from here, and with a black pudding this time, both were great! Again tonight was awesome

1st delivery I received was great and just gone down hill from there but tonight's was an all time low. 2 hours for a £20 delivery to show up like it had been reheated repeatedly. S**te!
