Food took 40 minutes to be brought outside, hash browns were cold and soggy, and the breakfast mcmuffins were as if they had sat under the heated bit for too long. Staff were pleasant however when we did speak

Good was hot and decent speed of service for the time of day and how busy it was. Drive Thru is a bit tight to get round though

Worse Macdonald in Scotland I ever eat in. Workers on shop stink’s, they have no clue what to do. Unexperienced personnel, do no eat there!

Car access is tight, getting back onto the main road can be dangerous. Needs better access.

i orders the veggie wrap as i am vegetarian. i took one bite and realised it was chicken yes fkn chicken instead of the veggie dippers!!! i was in a veggie boxand everything this is a joke🤬🤬🤬 pls do not come here if i could give it one star i would also staff are rude rather just go to the stirling one if i could give one star i would😐😐

Although the food is delicious, as a disabled blue badge holder, I could not park in the disabled parking space as the Uber and deliveroo drivers are taking up the space without a valid blue badge 🤔🤔🤔

Good value, with very friendly staff. My only criticism is that the drive through is a nightmare at peak times and once your in the cue your stuck. I was stuck in there system for 20 minutes the other week and had no option but to wait.

SIMPLY THE SINGLE WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER VISITED. Sat waiting for order for 20 minutes for cold stale food. Deliveroo and Uber clearly given priority and taking up all the parking spaces. NEVER AGAIN 😡

Decent burgers, service can be a wee bit slow but by and large a good fast food joint.
