Been in for lunch ages ago. Just booked fir Xmas day dinner ,when booking ,staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when I told them my food intolerance

Not very busy but then it was early on a Monday evening,About four or five men who looked like regulars,We order 2 pints and a whisky and lemonade to be informed that if we wanted lemonade in the whisky I would have to buy a can of Bars lemonade,Think this is the only bar I have ever been in that doesn't have it on draught ,Which made it a expensive drink

Great food, pub and staff are so friendly. We recently had our dad's wake in here. Food was amazing, staff were very attentive and we were all made to feel at home. We will be back when we can. Thank you.
