Burger King in Dundee City

Food was only lukewarm! Wasn't hot and hardly any taste. All the tables were dirty , obviously hadn't been cleaned after customers, had to wipe down with napkins, we won't be back, disappointed

We drove 30 miles to treat ourselves to one of our favourite snacks. When we received our meals, chips and burger were both tepid. After taking them back to be replaced chips were then hot but burgers still tepid. Several other people experienced the same thing being met with scowls from the staff. We just wrapped ours back up and took them home. Terrible service. I always thought these burgers were cooked instantly there and then and then served hot, not sat in the wrapper for goodness knows how long.

Everything was fine, staff friendly, food ok (I had the no meat burger, found it to be a little dry but was still ok), although the restaurant was freezing cold and there was a very annoying flickering light.It was quick and all you expect from a fast food place, we don't often have a burger king due to our location and kids always want to stop here and we probably will again.

I made my order through the app and even said it was ready to pick up I had to wait 15 min. Not only that but all the chips was missing and I saw this when I was home already. I try to phone the store but of course nobody pick up, so I send an email to customer service but it is been a week already and no respond. Oh well won't be next time I think...

I have never had a hot burger and fries from this place. I've eaten here several times in the last few months and it's been consistently cold.

Great service great food pity not one in Perth so have to travel to Dundee to get a burger so much better than McDonald’s I choose Burger King over McDonald all the time 10out 10

First time trying Burger King in about 5 years. Chips were good. Burger was cold. I walked to the car about 1minute walk and it was cold. Very expensive and disappointing

Long black hair found in chicken royale and then long strand hair found in chips, food use to be good definitely won't be back 🤮

Ordered a trio with extra cheese on all 3 whoopers. Order turns up missing one fanta drink, one fries and one whooper (with cheese). Is this a new thing, pay for trio and only deliver duo ???Called to arrange getting sent out, and can't get answer at all. Now past lunch time and can't get to eat.

Only called in cause someone had told me about the fantastic offers you get on the Burger King app with the vouchers, the offers on there are brilliant, if you download the app and see something you want to order don’t press on it until your ready to order because you get 15 minutes to make that order with the voucher number, I got a whopper burger and regular fries for £2:50 and it was bloody lovely, wish there was more burger kings around
