Caffe Nero in Dundee City

Quite abyssmal really. I got the distinct impression that our hot food had been forgotten about, and had to queue up again to ask where it was. By the time it arrived our coffee's were half finished and getting cold. Not worth £13.40

Great and friendly staff and the coffee is good. However, the girl that works there discriminates against people of colour which I find extremely disturbing and unacceptable so I decided to stop visiting the place.

LOVE. So happy i found a caffè nero in Dundee - have been craving their iced coffee since cyprus. very friendly staff and they sell the syrup they use for iced coffees which was a really nice surprise. Great vegan options, they also have a vegan cream!

One of the rare places that serves proper espresso! The roast is just right that even in a cold latte the aroma doesn't dilute too much. Cozy spot with a nice lighting. Takes cash. Friendly staff too.

Asked for a flat white and got a scalding hot cappuccino without the chocolate. So yeah, not great. Nice espresso tho, but that's pretty standard I guess. Maybe staff should be educated on types of coffee and more importantly how to steam milk appropriately?
