Food took an age to arrive.Meal was missing multiple components.Sent back then beans as they smelt sour and tasted awful. (Which came back on me later than night to an awful extent)And the dessert which was banoffee waffles had no toffee sauce, waffles were still frozen

Went for breakfast. Great service from friendly, professional and efficient staff. Area and facilities spotless. Better than some larger Premiers ive been to. Even a great view across the Tay. It's not often you need to speak to the manager to say nice things nowadays.

Having been here before for a family Christmas meal we decided to eat here again for a Birthday meal for 2 people this time. The cost was £89I have to give an honest opinion so have given it 3 stars which was mostly for the service not at all for the food. The starter of 2 rather small mushrooms sprinkled with cheese on a very dry hard bread tasted cold and awful, I really would remove this starter from your menu starter selection as it benefits no-one.Main meal was sparse ,1 small mushroom , 1 tomato for a veg!The chips were undercooked and the price of the meal for fillet steak was shocking. The steak was rather small I asked for a well done steak not one that tasted like an old leather boot. I cook better fillet steaks at home.A steak should taste like a steak velvetyWe were shocked that we had to pay more money to add a pepper sauce which tasted tastless and watered-down not forgetting extra charge for the king prawns and onion rings. The Stella beer tasted watered-down as did the Martini

Very good food, great service. Didn't know quite what to expect on Christmas day, but I couldn't fault it. Would definitely go back again. Only downside was it wasn't warm enough in the restaurant, but probably due to Covid Protocol, so I understand . Staff were very very busy but delivered great service with a smile. A great time had by all of our party of 8.

Very good service. Good choice on the menu. Childrens menu also has plenty of choice. Can order on the app / online and food straight to your table. Only thing I could fault was the Costa coffee was was not the warmest. This is made from a machine, would be better if the temperature could be turned up for the perfect coffee.

Nice and friendly waitress, always on hand for bottomless refills. Food was prompt and tasty. One star deducted for contravention of the Geneva Convention, a yorkshire pudding does not belong on a Xmas dinner!

Christmas Dinner, the food itself was sadly rather bland and I had to send both the starter and main back as they were cold. The servers seemed more concerned about getting us through the meal and us leaving as there was continued hovering around the table to clear plates. In all a really disappointing experience, in no way welcoming or relaxing which was made worse by the fact to was the Christmas meal. Poor food and poor experience.

This was an okay restaurant. The food was good for the price and I found the wait staff to be friendly and courteous. They were even polite enough to ask about what we were doing with the rest of our day. Unfortunately I was a little grossed out by the lack of cleanliness of the blinds near the water front. There was pieces of breaded fish on the slats which made me feel a bit grossed out. Apart from that though, it was a good experience and felt like a chilled out place.

We were booked in next door at Premier Inn so opted for the breakfast and Beefeater. Wasn't disappointed value for money to say the least Tasty hot food with efficient staff.
