Doras in Dundee City

this firm has dropped a lot since the old owners, the reputation of this shop is quite bad and I have heard that they are not very sanitary, I went in yesterday to try some food and I have fell unwell with food poisoning, I will not be back

This is a great chipper. I've been going be for years, since I was a teenager, and it's still run by the same chap. Very friendly service and great food. It has a very small sit in area that's very traditional but great, the kids loved it when we all went. Highly recommended, give it a go.

Had a hair in my food 2 times, owner was very rude when I offered to still pay for my food he totoally ignored me, very rude! Also workers don’t wear hair nets of gloves! Disgusting they are touching money then touching peoples food and not washing hands in between. Definitely won’t be going back!

New owners and staff nice and helpful. Food good and portions large. Been going there so long could prob sleepwalk there. Allways happy to go there. I'm sure a lot of folks are the same. Staff prob don't realise we'll allways keep coming back cos were used to coming there.

Dora's Fish & Chip's is the Best Chipper in Dundee. Sadly, Guilio Dora is Retiring & He will fry his last fish on Saturday Evening 😥😥😥.Wishing Guilio & Linda all the best for their retirement, & thank you for feeding me the best chips for the last 40+ year's 😎😎😎😎😎

Been going here since I was a wee boy and I'm now in my 30's and it's still the best chippie in Dundee. Also their fritters are awesome
