Take away order was 45 minutes late for the 3rd time and the food came not cold but not red hot due to the delay.Despite being given a contact number no effort was made to alert us to any delay.I phoned up to enquire where the food was and soon after received an aggressive call back saying no more orders from us was welcome.Poor service and attitude.

Another week. Another chip shop review! Yay!Glenn's in Broughty Ferry this time. We're keeping it local this week.What's on the menu?Single steak pie and fritters for the boyf and a fish supper and mushy peas for me.Phoned for collection and was told pick up in 20mins. Boyf got there and it was another 15-20mins till he receivied our order.Didn't really bother us cause you know the food is good.Oh. My. God. The fish was huge!!! The batter was nice and crispy. No soggy bits. And the chips were cooked to perfection. The fritters were a golden brown and batter lovely, crispy and light. Just like the fish. The mushy peas were proper mushy peas, salt and vinegar included in the peas. Which a few chips shops don't do.The boyf's steak pie was fantastic. And ticked all the boxes.With 2 x buttered rolls our meals came to £17. Well worth it.

Excellent chippy in the Ferry. They could do with offering Sauce with your food rather than having to buy sachets and special fish seems to be off the menu here.

Ive been to Glenns many times before and have always been impressed with the quality of the food however unfortunately recently I had the worse fish and chips ever from Glenns . There was a ore batter than fish. The fish was dry and the whole meal was just it really greasy - just awful. Such a shame

Ordered food tonight. Fish, Stornoway black pudding, sausage, small chips, and kids chicken nugget meal. Best chippy we have had in ages. Food was piping hot. Im not a big chippy fan as they are a bit greasy. It was excellent will be ordering it again for sure 😊👌

Food isn't bad,but I've had better, didnt wrap my food up either, got home it was freezing. Putting money in a tub is a bit much. Especially when your handling people's food/wrapping, with out gloves on after you've been touching the money......
