Goa in Dundee City

Never had our table ready which was booked half hour wait no apology when finally seated. Took ages to order drinks food was nice enough

Very good meal. One of our party had the 3 course dinner which was excellent value.

Do not order a carry out for collectionThe food in GOA I cannot fault however if you are ordering a carry out avoid at all costs as you will be disappointed. On two occasions I have ordered a take away and told it would be ready for collection in an hour, upon arrival at the restaurant I have had to wait an additional 35 minutes. The take away service is a shambles with no one knowing what is happening. The customer service is appalling I spoke to the manager who informed me that the kitchen was under a lot of pressure he then proceeded to answer the phone with yet another order only adding to the pressure on the staff - clearly profit is more important than caring for staff and customers. You are offered no apology when your meal is handed over. I will not be using Goa’s takeaway service again.

Just had Chicken Korma meal for 1 between my husband&myself couldn't believe the amount of chicken pieces in container, I think Goa gives the most out of any restaurants we ever buy a takeaway from in Tayside definitely recommend Goa we will definitely be back

Absolutely beautiful food, their chef is amazing. Staff were all lovely Alina in particular was such a pleasure. Decor was beautiful too, would highly recommend a meal here.

We ordered for collection last night. Food was absolutely amazing!! So tasty and so fresh, called and collected within 20 minutes! Lovely girl on the phone who took the order. Couldn't fault it one bit! 10/10

I guess the best food for indian experience for cuisine. I am here for a year and in Dundee it is the best. But the catch of this place is it's a bit expensive. But if you can afford it then its good. Suggestions- they should give some discount for students or they should attract students by Black card.Overall experience is nice and the staff is also super friendly.

We got a take-away consisting of 5 main courses and sides. There was a bit of a wait but that was to be expected as the dishes were freshly prepared. We all thoroughly enjoyed each dish. The spices were beautifully blended in each sauce. Thankfully there was no colouring in any of the dishes. A fine modern Indian kitchen. We'll be returning when we are able.

Tasty food, quicker service, lovely meal all in! Definitely will go back, possibly a new favourite!
