Jade Palace in Dundee City

New menus. Higher prices. Less quantity. Very disappointed after ordering 3 different meals and went to collect to find they dont accept cards! Meat quantity in each meal was pathetic and the rice portions are now served in a much smaller container than previous. The food was nice to be fair but will go elsewhere in future to get a better and fairer deal.

Tiny portions and prices go up, smaller containers for the rice, and only 8 bits of chicken in the salt and pepper chicken, shocking, phoned up to ask about the changes, and it got blamed on new management!! Will go elsewhere in future for a fairer deal for my money.

This is the second time I have had a bad meal from the Jade Palace. I thought I would give them another try since it had been a long time. Spent £24.00 on 4 meals. No taste in Chicken Curry. Salt and Pepper Chicken and spring rolls and children’s meal were near cold had to be heated. Called shop and offered money back for curry. Won’t be back I have given them the benefit of the doubt and I definitely regret that.

Ordered from here via Just Eat last night 10/11/20.Was advised the order would be delivered by 7.35pm guy didn't turn up until 8.45pm. The curry, chips and prawn toast were all stone cold when I finally recieved them.Very disappointed with the service.

Just had best meal this month. Thanking all at Jade Palace, great system for getting food on time in very friendly manner. Phone in order, get time for collection. Knock on door, opens give name pay food and bag handed over. Absolutely no worries about breaching others space. Great team work 👍

I got order from jade palace and food was brilliant.The meal was delicious and worth it.I got chicken Maryland and wow it was huge,you got lots.It was so lovely.the chicken was cooked to perfection.It made me feel so happy.Wee got roast chicken as well and that was very delicious and was nice.I really enjoyed my meal and service was excellent too.I didn't have to wait long either.It's well worth it and I be ordering again and be back.Thank you to Jade Palace.

Was OK.. Chips very white.. Curry aniseed like.. Rice when I asked for no egg they looked at me like I was strange then asked another two time.. When he got his fried rice curry sauce he didn't like it anyway..chicken balls were rubbery expensive too..

Most tasteless sweet and sour chicken I have had. Spring roll had no taste even with lots of soy sauce. Never again.

Late to deliver and the last few orders have been missing food. They claim its because they are too busy but this has happened over atleast 6 months. Maybe they should have more staff then? Just a thought.

Only gave it the one star as couldn't give it none. Food was awful, large cubes of chewy "chicken" in the curry that also came with half the rice it should have so was absolutely drowned in the sauce and then there was the gooey mess that was supposed to be chow mein... think I counted 2 bean sprouts and again fake reconstructed meat. Appalling, would starve before ordering here again.
