Fantastic location near the water , plenty of nearby parking The pub/restaurant is also a hotel , lots of seating areas Clean and tidy and the staff are well presented and polite

Went for breakfast toast was rock hard and my partner had breakfast muffin and u could drop it would not brake and i don't eat a lot but bake beans were spread out to look loads like 1 tea spoon and and on partner he had scrambled egg and was 1 tea spoon on muffin to look loads u better off with breakfast at mc Donald's and coffee michen keped breaking their was 2 and only 1 was on keeped breaking down or not working

We ended up here after being unable to get a seat at other restaurants due to rugby being on For a Wetherspoons, it's pretty great. The food was decent and fast.

It's cheap and cheerful. Food is not bad and good value our service was quick and efficient with a pleasant waitress.

At the end of the day, it's a spoons and the price can't be beaten in the local area.That said, genuinely the most disinterested/disengaged staff I've ever encountered (and my bar is low). Out of the four staff (incl. Manager) we interacted the only one who did a good job turned out to be a stand-in from arbroath lol.

It's a very solid 3 star hotel, if you want a nice experience without breaking the bank, this place is perfect, walking distance from Dundee beach, the staff are all lovely, you really can't complain.

Poor poor service ,no menu at table and as table service only had to ask at bar , chose to have plant based burger partner meat burger ,I was served meat burger and was lucky I confirmed with server what the burger was ,eventually was served correct meal but meant that time in between partner &I did not eat together ,unacceptable,would definitely not recommend until service vastly improved

Had a great breakfast this morning. Couple of items missing from my plate but they were happy to sort it. Would definitely go back again. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

I stayed here the other night along with two work colleagues, the rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were really good. The only issue we had was that we all had the same meal which was a mixed grill that wasn't very nice it came out at the speed of light from the kitchen and was barely cooked. The following day we were all ill with the runs and aching all over it's now two days later and we're all still not feeling great.
