M&S Cafe in Dundee City

First time coming here to eat. The boyf got a steak and onion roll with a can of coke and I got a flat white with homemade soup (lentil) and a slice of bread. The bread was super soft and the soup was tasty. The boyfs steak and onion roll was really good. Everything was cooked to order. Customer service was really good too. Both people working there today came over to our table asking us how food/service was.All in all I'd give this wee cafe 10/10.Bill came to about £13 and I gave £2 tip. Will definitely come here again

Best egg and potato scone roll I have ever had eating out. The service was fantastic. The gentleman who served us was friendly, helpful and very cheery. I had a hot chocolate and I can honestly say I had never had a hot chocolate like that before! It was heavenly. I highly recommend going here for breakfast or lunch. We will certainly be back soon.

Very disappointed, they sell kebab from iceland or similar for £7. That s not fresh donner kebab!

Just had a tasty and generous full Scottish breakfast. Service is amazing - could not be more friendly, cheerful and quick. I don't like black pudding so was given an extra taytie scone instead.A small, understated authentic cafe with big on portions, value for money and friendliness.My go to cafe for breakfast or a bacon roll when in Dundee.2 mins from train station.2 mins from Overgate.Lovely

Unfriendly staff, slow service, food not good.I was hoping for a quick tasty lunch and the menu looked good. Unfortunately the staff were very unfriendly such that I couldn't even finish a conversation with them without being scowled at and giving up. I was left feeling like a nuisance rather than a customer and the food was so bad I couldn't persuade the kids to eat it.

Fast, friendly and efficient service with great food and very reasonable prices! Great wee cafe...we will be back for sure!

Had some lovely breakfast food, staff member was very upbeat, Food was very good, vege breakfast and a mushroom and cheese omelette. Just fab. Menu was very diverse, place was very busy. Cheers 😁😁😁😁

Just what we needed. A good fry up and the Turkish breakfast was great too. The Server/owner was a very kind gentleman and gave us a free millionaire shortbread when we could pay by card and had to go find cash. Would recommend! Comforting stuff.

First time visit, to purchase some sandwiches for a train journey, as close to station. A very friendly welcome from staff , served by the luvly owner, who was really chatty and nice. Ordered a tuna brown bread sandwich and a coronation chicken roll, both with salad, the sandwich could of done two people it was so big, both had plenty filling (on display in cabinet) and both delicious, worth a visit, will be back :) :)
