Madame Waffles in Dundee City

Really cheap ingredients used I paid an extra 70p for what looked like a quarter of a flake crumbled over my waffle and it was very cheap chocolate not Cadbury. Same with the white chocolate buttons, mallows and fudge peices it was all cheap plastic tasting. Waffles were greasy and tasted like that too I couldn't manage more than a quarter 😢 and for paying near £20 for 2 waffles it's bad

Absolutely awful, waited 2 hours for only two waffles! When they arrived they were stone cold and looked like they had just been slapped together. Tried to get in contact with shop and they ignored all calls. When I called to ask where delivery was they were extremely rude! Would not reccomend

Made to wait 3 hours on this pathetic mess, that's twice in a row now the service has been atrocious, I won't be back

this place is a joke placed an order at 8pm then i didn't show until 1 am when i was in bed and it was cold when i called up the next day they said the owner will call me back still waiting worse place in dundee your better making your own waffle and its cheaper dont give them any money really not worth it

Dont order from.here they take your order and dont deliver then lie to you on the phone saying its on its way !! Ordered at 25 past 9 and still waiting for it at 11.45 and they have taken my money absoloute joke will not be ordering again stay clear

We put in an order for delivery at 11pm and it just never turned up, tried to phone multiple times and no one answered. Terrible customer service, won't be ordering again.

Waffle was cold, not crispy and just had the toppings thrown on. Bubble juice was okay but the bubbles were breaking because the straw was too small.

Nice ice cream and friendly staff. We ordered a coke and when we drank it it was flat, this was no problem and they swapped it without even checking it themselves. Great service.

Hot, fresh and so tasty. Slight wait on the food but we could see them preparing it freshly to order. Lovely friendly service, will definitely return
