Marco Polo Takeaway in Dundee City

It's the only place open super late but expect your order to be at least an hour late and with at least one thing wrong or missing. The chicken is sometimes good but a lot of the time everything is terrible. Just wait for McDonalds to open.

Actually terrible service. They don’t pickUp the phone. They rely on drunk people to order there… the staff are impatient and rude. The delivery takes longer than predicted times (over an hour) ….Food is extortionate for what you get! Would rather eat leftovers than attempt to order from this establishment again! They should be ashamed!!!!The cheek of this place to tell me my food is coming soon! And it arrived and it tasted terrible! I hope you read my review and never order there again! Go to clarks don’t waste ur precious money on Marco Polo! Clarks is delicious and so is Istanbul

Ordered food and asked them not ring doorbell and call on yhr number given instead, nothing, and I check just eat and it days food delivered even though the food is nowhere to be found? Went downstairs to go look for a potentially misplaced package but nothing in the vicinity.

They didnt t make my call at 3 am at weekend and also took my money for delivery yet never delivered.

Rude staff!! Placed an order for delivery and it will take 2 hours to deliver it, yet it took me an hour to even get through to them on the phone!!By the time I finally did, the staff on the other end kept attempting to end the call without giving me an opportunity to talk!!Doubt my food will even be delivered tonight for my family, on Christmas - I’ll have to go through a lengthy process for a refund now, my mistake for ordering from a place with so many negative reviews.

The food is soo cheap yet quality,their chicken shawarma and pizza is great.

Chicken wings were absolutely dead. No flavour, dry, way below average. If a place like this sold wings like that in London it would get so little business that it would be forced to shut down. Embarrassment to chicken shops all over the country. Will never go there again.

Very unfriendly and rude staff especially the owner..not neat too. Does not sell what is advertised. Terrible experience I have had with them.

I've had multiple orders that were incomplete such as a chicken burger not having any lettuce and sauce despite requesting it and a quarter pound burger not having quarter pound beef. You have to double check your orders everytime. When they don't mess up the food is decent and their opening hours are good.

Mah mah, This is the most terrible dessert I have ever had. Paid £2.50 plus £3 delivery for a very dry and tasteless fudge cake. Cold and just shoved in a plastic tub that then peeled the top off. Delivery man was late and waited nearly 1 hour for this?Without a doubt the worst takeaway I have ever had and I will never be ordering again, May as well of picked up my own for Tesco or something, ordered because i thought it would be nice from somewhere I was told specializes in desserts.
