Good bar live music

Its a friendly bar but a bit dated....they used to make stunning meals not sure if they still do as that was years ago i was in.

A good atmosphere in the evening and dropped my wallet in there and some kind soul picked it up and put it behind the bar for me. Thanks.

Great wee bar, live band at weekends, good crowd, always have a good night in there.

Mixed clientele but good banter and decent prices

Good pub down to earth.Beer good prices.landlady is very firm but very fair. Its a place you should visit when in dundee only 3 minutes to town centere.

Great place to meet up with friends and has seats outside as well.

Cool little place. Went past for some lunch after the V&A and discovery. Food was excellent (Steak Pie & Chips & Macoroni and chips). Was only one guy serving the whole bar so took a while to order and for food to come but he came over and assured us it would be soon but everything was cooked to order. Steak pie was worth the wait. Reasonable prices too👌

Great pub, great food, staff great also. But food all @ reasonable prices & plenty of it!!! Also, sister pub round corner in Union St, the Star & Garter is Brill as well. Staff great there also & friendly atmosphere with great pies!!!. All in all you won't be disappointed in both pubs. Enjoy. G Dow.

Great grub. Pete is very friendly and welcoming as the lovely lady with the lovely nail polish who served us. I had the fish which was beautiful. Nice pub to have a drink or meal with friends or family. Very friendly.
