Murray's Fish & Chip Shop in Dundee City

This is ment to be a chicken burger the last time I checked chicken was white not Brown if I wanted a process burger I would went to McDonald's and got one none of this s*** should be acceptable in a chip shop

Had the best food ever. Arrived back in Scotland yesterday and wanted fried battered food. Was told this was the best place. And my nephew didn’t let me down.Customer service was amazing as well as the food. Didn’t realize how much I missed chippy shops until last night.

A massive plastic divider down the middle of the tiny shop , so I wasn't able to go in with my son in his pram. No good at all. I was served on the other side however which was fine. disappointed with the food though . Tasteless fish and very small portions. And £1 for a pickled egg?? Not been for 6 years and don't think I'll be back for another 6 , or more

Awful service. Attitude is atrocious from all staff here plus the portions are not the best for the price. Much rather go to Glenn's around the corner than waste my time here. They don't even sell fritters which is hilarious to me, they must be too posh for a fritter 😂

Had to queue for a short time but well with it haggis and smoked sausage delicious

Very tasty, recommend One large fish & chips, one small fish & chips, curry sauce & 2 portions of ketchup £17.50 takeaway. Only given four stars as price could be lower.

I don't think I've tasted better fish & chips. I always phone ahead and place my order over the phone, meaning I don't need to wait long when I arrive to collect. The price paid is worth every penny, the fish is delicious.

We had a great fish supper sit-down in the charming wee room above Murray's Chipper in the Ferry yesterday, early evening.  With Tea and Bread & Butter for two ... and all served up smartly by two good young lads who appeared to like their jobs for about twenty quid. That's Value Alright.

poor service! grumpy man behind the counter... glaring around at his customers.... waited way over half an hour for a chicken nugget kids meal, which was poor value for what we got :(
