Nando's in Dundee City

Nice staff. Food was good. No teas or coffee served here at this time hence 3 stars.

Literally never lets me down. Everything is tasty, and their napkins are ridiculously absorbent. I love Nando’s in all forms.

Ordered a full platter with 4 sides by Deliveroo. Upon arrival, 2 of the sides were missing. I immediately phoned Nando's at 9.24 pm today (30 Nov 2021) and requested that the missing sides be sent, or the order refunded (it is fully acceptable by Consumer Law to reject an order if it isn't as expected). I explained clearly that the contract is with them, and not Deliveroo, something clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions. When I mentioned this, the woman on the phone became defensive and rude and ended the call rapidly. They declined to send the missing sides or refund. I escalated to Deliveroo and the payment was cancelled. I have ordered at least a dozen times from this branch before totalling over £300, but unlikely to again due to this poor customer service. Food is good which is why I ordered regularly, but it is a 1/5 from me based on this experience today. Mistakes are inevitable, but it is how they are dealt with that reveals how the company treats customers

Nandos is what it is, good food and quick service though heavy handed with the Peri Peri salt. Definitely like ordering via the app.

Chicken butterfly is massively overpriced! Nandos should be ashamed of themselves £8.25 for a little piece of chicken! Manager refunded cost with no issues. I'm sure he has had many complaints already!

I felt like going to a jail cantine as me being a convicted person. They ask for your private details before going in. You sit there and only order through the app. That would have been tolerable if it wasn't for some of the waiters literally staring at me or watching over the customers eating their food. I felt really uncomfortable. I loved this restaurant but I won't be back.

Service was really good as well as the food. Duty manager at the time we went was really a kind lady and had management skill. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Was a bit weird walking in, but service was nice. I can tell they still find adapting to this new way of front of house during pandemic times interesting but they stuck at it and I credit them for that.Food came out nice and left happy. Thanks nando's team!

Restrictions in place, attendance and speed of service was excellent as was presentation and taste. Queuing indoors might not be possible but would be an improvement on a wet and cold evening. Otherwise, happy to revisit in the future.
